We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to most of Europe and UK.

*Exceptions: Andorra, Albania, Kosovo, Moldova, Malta, Montenegro, Iceland, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia.

Shipping to remote locations, some islands or special regions may incur additional fees. If you'd like to know the price for your country, please contact us with the title "Shipping cost" and we'll get back to you with your shipping cost in no time.

For international orders to UK, USA, Canada and Australia, there are no customs fees, and country-specific tax will apply. You can use this customs duty calculator to check for your country.

Please note that returns are only accepted from EU countries and the UK.

Delivery time

Upon receiving your order, we promptly process and pack it within 1–2 business days. After that, the courier collects your order, and it’s on its way to you. At that point, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Once shipped, the delivery timeframe begins. You can refer to the estimated shipping times below.

You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that the above refers to business days. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays. While we strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors outside of our and our courier’s control, such as customs delays, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, etc.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in the email to view your shipment’s progress. Or, easily follow your order by entering your tracking number on the courier’s website.

Be mindful of the point of delivery

  • If you live in a building, delivery is to the building entrance. 
  • If you live in a large complex, the courier may leave your package in a common area, if it’s safe to do so. They might leave a notification
    card or get in touch with you for further guidance.
  • If you live in a house, the package will be delivered to your doorstep. 
  • If you live in a building that restricts access to non-residents, the courier will deliver to the closest point to your home that he’s safely able to.

Please bear in mind that the delivery person will not be able to enter your home, unbox or assemble your order. You or a member of your household will need to be present to accept delivery and carry the package over your threshold.

While we make every effort to pass on any notes you provide, we cannot guarantee that couriers will follow these on the ground.

Furniture can be heavy — bring a friend for help

Some orders can be quite heavy; for instance, Best In Show dog feeding and storage station weighs 60 kg. Make sure that you have a strong adult on hand who will be able to help you carry the package from the point of delivery to its intended place.

Tip: If you prefer not to carry your item, you can remove any carpets and place the package on a thick blanket, then slide it to your desired spot. We strongly recommend having a friend to help, so it doesn’t tip over as you move it.

Taxes and duties

For orders within the EU: additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.

For orders outside the EU: Additional country-specific VAT/tax or any import costs, including customs duties, are not included in the price. However, for most countries we ship to, such as the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, there are no customs fees, as the order is coming from the EU.
You can use this customs duty calculator to check for specific charges in your country.

This means that, if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when your parcel reaches the destination country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Please note that we do not have any control over these charges and, since these charges vary by different countries, we cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you use customs duty calculator or contact your local customs office for further information.

Damaged and lost items

Damaged items

If you notice your item is damaged or something is missing, please submit a claim immediately by emailing us at hello@biting-edge.com with photos and/or videos of the defect. They are a big help – sharing photos will help us determine the best and fastest solution for you.

We’ll arrange to have your item(s) repaired, replaced or returned as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we’ll do our best to improve your BitingEdge experience.

Lost items

For orders shipping within the EU: if you have not received your package within 30 days from shipping, please reach out to us at care@biting-edge.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

For orders shipping outside the EU: if you have not received your package within 60 days from shipping, please reach out to us at care@biting-edge.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order.

You have up to 75 days from the date of shipment to claim your package as lost in order to receive a refund for your missing item(s), or a new shipment if stocks permit.
