Returns

We want you to love your Biting Edge product, but if it's not the right fit, here's how to return it.

Essential bits.

  • You have 14 days, from the moment you received the item, to let us know you want a return.
  • Full amount gets refunded, both for product and initial shipping cost.
  • Product must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by you.
  • You have 14 days to send the item back after the confirmation email from Biting Edge team.
  • EU and European residents are eligible for return.
  • Exchanges prior to delivery are possible in case the item hasn't left the warehouse.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue a refund until the returned item is received.

Returns shipping cost

The shipping cost when returning the product is covered by the customer. 

The return shipping costs differ based on the weight of the package and the location you’re shipping it from.

Since you’re responsible for the costs associated with returning an undamaged product, you’re free to choose whichever shipping method works best for you. To find out the return shipping cost, please contact your chosen courier directly with the information about the item’s weight and dimensions, which you can find on each product’s page.

If you don’t want any hassle with the dispatch, we can arrange a return for you and organize for the courier to pick it up at your address. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund according to the product’s weight and your location. Please note that the cost of return shipping can be different than the shipping cost to the original address.

Deadlines

From the moment you receive your item, you have two full weeks (14 days) to change your mind and let us know if you want to return it.

Once our customer support team confirms the return, you have a further 14 days to send the item. In case your item doesn’t leave your house within 14 days, it’ll have to stay and live with you; it’s not possible to return it anymore.

Refunds

You will receive a full refund of your order (both product price and standard shipping costs). If you choose non-standard shipping, we will still refund only the standard shipping cost.

You will get a confirmation email with details and a refund as soon as your return has been received and quality checked by our warehouse. 

Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be visible in your account. Sometimes it can happen that due to the increased volume of orders, returns can take longer to be processed, but no more than 14 days. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Exchanges & Cancellations

If you want to exchange an item or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing our customer team at hello@biting-edge.com with the subject EXCHANGE/ CANCEL. Here are the options we can work with:

  • If the item hasn't yet left the warehouse:
    We’ll cancel your order and you’ll receive a full refund. If you want an exchange, after receiving the refund, simply place a new order. This applies to both European and international orders.
  • If the item has left the warehouse (which we’ll let you know):
    The exchange and cancellation can only be made as a return. You will receive a refund when we check the return item in our warehouse and, in case you want an exchange, simply place a new order. You can find the return instructions highlighted in steps above. This applies to European orders only.
